The Cagayan de Oro City Water District through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites interested bidders/suppliers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the supply and delivery of the following:

Procurement will be conducted through SECTION 53.9 of 2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, Small Value Mode of Procurement. The BAC shall undertake a simplified procurement and shall invite at least three (3) qualified Suppliers.
To quote for this contract, the suppliers are required to fill-up and submit Request for Quotation Form together with the following documents: a.MAYOR'S/BUSINESS PERMIT b.LATEST PhilGEPS Registration NO. ONLY c.Latest Annual Income Tax Return filed and paid through the BIR Electronic Filing and Payments System (EFPS) d.Latest Business tax Return (VAT or Percentage Tax)[six(6) months prior to the opening of bids] filed and paid through the BIR Electronic Filing and Payments System (EFPS) e. Omnibus Sworn Statement f. Brochure/Product Literature (must be in english)

Submission of documents shall be sent in hard copy by post/courier/hand carry in one (1) copy. Emails will not be considered. Quotes must be delivered at BAC Office, Cagayan de Oro City Water District after seven (7) calendar days from the date of posting. Quotations received in excess of the ABC shall be declared non-complying at canvass opening. Late quotations shall not be accepted.
