By definition, after-sales service refers to the support and assistance that a business provides its customers after a purchase and normally, this is free of charge for a specific and fixed period of time only. Claims beyond the warranty period would naturally incur separate and additional expenses for the customers.

 

But then, COWD is pleased with the excellent service provided by Waterkonsult that even when the purchased data logger equipment went beyond its original warranty period, said partner-supplier demonstrated a commendable level of support and a clear dedication to customer satisfaction by accommodating COWD’s warranty request, providing timely service, and offering efficient solutions to the equipment issues.
