A. Disconnected accounts paid within 24 hours from the time of
disconnection will be reconnected without need of any
reconnection fee.
B. Disconnected accounts paid within 2 months from the time of
disconnection (for residential customers) and 1 month from the
time of disconnection (for commercial customers) will be
reconnected upon payment of a reconnection fee of P300.00.
C. Disconnected accounts which remain unpaid after 2 months for
residential customers and 1 month for commercial customers
shall be fixed-cut from the mainline to prevent illegal tapping
and shall be treated as new connections upon application for
reconnection per Board Resolution No. 078, S-11.
RECONNECTION FOR ACCOUNTS SUBMITTED FOR
VOLUNTARY DISCONNECTION
A. Reconnection applied within 2 months from voluntary
disconnection has been reduced from P300.00 to P100.00
otherwise the standard reconnection fee of P300.00 will apply.
B. If, after another 2 months for residential connections and 1
month for commercial connections, no application for
reconnection has been made, the connection will be fixed-cut
from the mainline and will be treated as a new connection
upon application for reconnection.
